Kyla is a graduate of Smith College School for Social Work and was an MSW intern at Windhorse. She has worked in community mental health, residential settings, and with homeless youth. Her background is in dance and movement therapies. She has been teaching yoga since 2006, and has also been a dedicated vipassana practitioner for close to 15 years. She believes in the healing and revolutionary power of rest and teaches resting yoga and meditative practices for wellbeing. She loves being at the ocean or in the mountains.
