Windhorse Integrative Mental Health is seeking a housemate. A housemate cohabitates with one of our clients in a 2 bedroom apartment in NW Portland. Each household is fully supported by a clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-grounded person interested in supporting those seeking recovery and well-being. It is an opportunity for self-growth and work within the human services. Specific experience in this field is not required. Being engaged in a personal contemplative discipline (i.e. meditation, yoga, etc.) would be supportive to this job.
Benefits include a weekly stipend, rent and utilities are paid for, a monthly food allowance, the freedom to work up to 25 hours per week at another job, ongoing individual and group training and supervision.

Job Description:
A team leader coordinates a care team of 4+ clinicians who all work together to offer a tremendous amount of support and 1-on-1 time to clients. A team leader also meets with clients for (typically) 3 hours at a time, perhaps several times per week, partaking in activities that support healing in client homes or out and about in the community. Such activities could include hiking, sharing a meal, getting coffee, volunteering, taking a class together, etc. The case load is only a few clients per team leader, allowing for extensive depth of healing and connection. This position includes ongoing training as well as the opportunity to supervise others.

Job Requirements:
• Licensed for clinical practice at the Master level (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
• Ongoing personal mindfulness/contemplative practice
• Extensive experience with adult psychosis, mood disorder and trauma (preferably in a community setting)
• Experience in conducting direct psychotherapy and case management
• Skilled in acute crisis management
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
