Employment Opportunities

The Windhorse staff is comprised primarily of a consulting psychiatrist, psychotherapists, team leaders, team counselors, peer counselors, an office manager, a bookkeeper, a development/marketing director, an office manager, a clinical director, an executive director, a varying number of housemates, and clinical and administrative interns, and volunteers. We hold nearly a one to one relationship of the number of staff to clients.
