Clinical Director 

Exciting opportunity in the field of mindfulness-based psychiatric recovery.  

Windhorse Integrative Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Director for our Northampton, MA office. The Clinical Director is responsible for the quality, coherence and integrity of treatment, care standards, safety, and welfare of clients and staff. PhD in clinical psychology, PsyD, LICSW or LMHC; ongoing mindfulness/contemplative practice; 5-10 years of clinical, managerial, and supervisory experience; experience with trauma preferred. Direct client care (psychotherapy), family work and clinical team work; individual and group supervision of clinicians; on-call duties; local management of clinical systems; outreach to local/regional resources.

Clinical Team Leader

 Exciting opportunity for growth in the field of mindfulness-based psychiatric recovery.  Innovative mental health organization has a position open for a full-time Clinical Team Leader to work with adults recovering from psychiatric disorders with clinical teams in a home- and office-based setting.  We seek a candidate with strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.  Masters degree in mental health or social work, licensure, and personal contemplative practice required.  Substance abuse and addictions counseling experience preferred.

 Housemate                     

 General description:  A Windhorse Housemate lives in a Windhorse rented or owned apartment (or house) as a therapeutic roommate with a matched Windhorse client.    The housemate works to create and maintain a warm, sane and ordered home environment for the benefit of him or herself and the client, provides friendly companionship for the client approx 3 hours/day, is present overnight, and participates in clinical team and supervisory meetings as required.  Several meals a week are to be shared in the household.  Because this is a match situation, the duration is dependent on the client's enrollment.  If there is no warning of client termination, Windhorse offers two weeks salary, food and one month's rent and utilities beyond the date of notice to give time to relocate.  An outside job or studies of no more than 25 hours/week is allowed.

 Job requirements:  Requires mature, responsible person.  Experience in shared living situations preferred.  Good house holding skills are necessary, including home dácor, cleaning, meal planning, preparation, expense management and record keeping.  No smoking, no pets (unless by special arrangement), no drugs or alcohol.   Must agree to not be employed more than 25 hours per week elsewhere.
