Guillermo Cuéllar, Ed.D., President -Guillermo Cuéllar is a management consultant and educator with over 35 years of experience.  He has consulted to Fortune 100 companies, as well as private and public companies, foundations, municipalities, public and privet schools, universities and not for profit organizations. In the last years his focus is directed at managing innovative sustainable organizational culture change and the development of high functioning multicultural relationship.

His expertise includes but is not limited to: research based strategies for innovation and change, process consultation and group facilitation, small- and large-scale interventions, conferences and retreats, leadership coaching, management training. Dr. Cuéllar has authored articles and book chapters, and presented at conferences in the U.S. and overseas.

Our courageous and extraordinary board members offer their volunteer support of this important work for three year terms that can be repeated for an additional term. They are then gratefully encouraged to take a year break before reapplying.

Most board members are referred to us, but we welcome the interest of those who wish to serve. Currently we are seeking board candidates with interests and/or expertise in Fundraising, Lived Experience (Peers), Public Relations, Real Estate, Finances, and Networking.
